GROW

Growing a baby is a time of deep soul transformation for the mother. Our souls and hearts begin to expand the same time as our womb space. It is with good reason this process takes ten moon months. This time provides opportunity for the Mother to adapt to these changes, from tiny vast, in her inner and outer world.

EMBRACE

New babies need closeness. So too does a new Mother need special cocooning at this time. The first gentle embrace is deeply healing for both baby and Mother as they blend their essences through gentle rocking and holding – chance to process and integrate the memory of birthing together.

NURTURE

Care and protection in a mother’s loving arms. Remembering the times of nurturing your baby through your body as you helped them to grow. Bringing the memories of entwining your lives in each other’s gaze, even if times were difficult in your universe.
